Description of Service
MarketScore provides a trading analysis dashboard that offers market data visualization, tradability scores, COT analysis, price level indicators, and related financial analysis tools.
Our Service is designed to provide informational insights to assist traders in making informed decisions. We aggregate data from various sources including market feeds, COT reports, and technical indicators to generate our analysis.
Subscription & Payment
MarketScore operates on an annual subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to pay the stated fee for access to the Service.
Payment is processed through our third-party payment processors (currently NOWPayments for cryptocurrency). Your payment information is handled securely by these processors and is not stored on our servers.
Subscriptions are billed annually and provide access to all features and updates released during your subscription period.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of MarketScore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
